Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sbrat Social Manager application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Application is provided by Rukn Al-Sbrat Trading Services Establishment (Commercial Registration No. 7038810789) for the sole purpose of managing the Establishment's own Instagram Business account.

2. Authorized Use

The Application is an internal business tool. Access is restricted to authorized representatives of the Establishment. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Compliance with Instagram Platform Policies

The Application operates in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policies, and Developer Policies. The Application will not:

• Engage in automated actions that violate Instagram's automation rules.
• Purchase, sell, or exchange access tokens or API data.
• Misrepresent the source or nature of content published through the API.
• Use the API to scrape or collect data from accounts other than the authorized account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published through the Application remains the property of the Establishment. The Application itself, including its source code and design, is the intellectual property of the Establishment.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Establishment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

6. Modifications

The Establishment reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, KSA.
